The ECOD-AP2 is a 40" wide, ENERGY STAR certified Strato series electric 2-deck bakers depth convection oven from Lang with (5) pan racks per oven and solid state temperature controls that are accurate to +/- 4 degrees F. The convection ovens have extra deep cooking compartments of porcelainized steel. There are simultaneously-opening heavy-duty compartment doors with large double pane tempered glass windows on each convection oven.
There are simple knob-set time and temperature controls on these bakers depth convection ovens that includes a 1-hour timer with non-stop buzzer and a 2 speed pulse-fan and HIGH-LOW speed fan switches.
There is 2" insulation on six sides of each cooking compartment and each convection oven has a heavy duty 430 series stainless steel exterior. These convection ovens have a temperature range of 150-450 degrees F and (5) chrome plated wire racks come included with each unit.
